About Enza & Be Your Brilliant Best
Enza Alberti is a professionally trained counsellor, certified and qualified Master Practioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Master Results Coach, Master Life Coach, Master Performance Consultant, Master Hypnosis, Ericksonian Hypnosis, Advanced Neurological Re-Patterning™ and Time Line Therapy. All certifications have been obtained through training with the highly respectable Christopher Howard training organisation. Enza is also certified as a Reiki and Thought Field Therapy practioner. She is passionate and dedicated in assisting clients to achieve their maximum brilliant potential, and create transformation in their personal and professional lives.
Enza has a specialty interest in the study and understanding of toxic, abusive and dysfunctional behaviours and dynamics, and how they affect individuals, their relationship with themselves and others. With over 17 years' of experience working and studying with an assortment of healing modalities and philosophies, Enza is a Melbourne based Life Coach.
With Enza’s diversity of skills she has a unique utilisation of modalities. She has an in-depth knowledge, study and experience on the subject of toxic relationships, verbal abuse and abuse dynamics. Enza utilises the conventional characteristics of mainstream psychology/counselling, as well as the unique perceptive observation of NLP techniques to create shifts and changes in situational dynamics. Combining all of these techniques propels changes and outcomes.
Enza wishes to provide insight and empowerment to anyone who has ever experienced any form of verbal or emotional/psychological abuse. Knowing the what, how, the why, and where to from here, are very empowering questions to have the answers to. Enza can provide many tools to regain a sense of understanding, clarity and healing that can be called upon immediately and into the future.
